Bug fix to address the issue with Import Withholding Tax. Set product to 0 instead of null during withholding tax refresh. This adjustment ensures that the system can successfully return to the listing page after import, even if the product filter is not selected before navigating to the new page. When set to null, the system encounters a null pointer exception during the listing refresh after import, preventing the redirection to the listing page and the display of a successful message.
