Report 1641 : Facility Covenant Analysis By Accounting Centre

PURPOSE

To provide the details used by CS Lucas to show Facility Covenant Analysis by Accounting Centre.

WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

Allow users to verify the details of Facility Covenant Analysis by Accounting Centre.

QUERY

1. Navigate to Reporting > Standard > Report 1641: Facility Covenant Analysis by Accounting Centre.

2. Fill in the mandatory parameter – Acct Cntr, As At Date, Reporting Ccy and Rate Type.

3. Click on the required format.

4. The report shows Accounting Centre, Facility Short Name, Covenant, Min/Max, Limit, Actual, Complied?, Narrative, Limit With Effect Date, Actual As At Date.

DATA SOURCE

I) To view the following facility covenant,

Follow the steps as shown below:

1. Navigate to Set Up > Risk > Facility.

2. Select Acct Cntr* (From Example: TFS-SG)

3. Click Refresh.

4. Click on the Facility Short Name to drill down to Amend Facility screen. Click Covenants.

II) To view the actual financial covenant,

1. Navigate to Set Up > Static > Accounting Centre.

2. Click on Acct Cntr Short Name (From Example: TFS-SG)

3. Click Financial Covenants.
